We have a standard turnaround time of 1-2 days for dispatching orders placed on the website.
Lagos State - Please allow 1-3 business days.
Rest of Nigeria - 3-7 business days.
Specific shipping costs to various locations are seen at checkout.
We are unable to provide refunds, accept returns, or exchange things due to a change of mind or other reasons owing to hygiene concerns.
With the exception of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered, all sales are final.
Upon receiving your query, our team will look into it and a replacement or refund will be instituted as the case may be.
Please allow 1-7 business days for processing returns or refunds(this does not include shipping time of replacements).
Please Note: All returns must be made within 24 hours (within Lagos) or 3-5 working days (outside Lagos) from when we receive your query (via email or call). Your products will not be eligible for a refund or replacement if you do not follow these guidelines. Refunds do not include any shipping and/or handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.
